Attendance: Linda Page, Moe Stewart, Leah Gordon, Jane Gallagher, Sue Pickering, Laura Derderian , Steve Derderian, Mark Donahue, Amy DiBatista, Paula Caffrey, Trish Berthelette, Lisa Ahern, Carla Jones, Deb Abate,, Pat DeVries, Deb Blackburn, Kay Klos, Carl Zagame Meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm Minutes Dated September 12, 2011 were reviewed. Sue Pickering made a motion to accept and Lisa Ahern 2nd. All present in favor. Budget was presented by Leah. A motion to accept the budget was made by Laura and Sue 2nd. Fundraising: · Homecoming games were discussed. Concession Stand and Gate Volunteers were decided for each game. · Spartan Wear was discussed. Kay reported that we should make a profit of approximately $400. · A 50/50 Raffle Permit is needed. The permit cost is $15. Leah will obtain the permit. Next Meeting: Monday November 7, 2011 A Motion to adjourn meeting was made at 7:28 pm by Sue 2nd by Lisa. All present in favor.
