Attendance: Linda Page, Moe Stewart, Leah Gordon, Jane Gallagher, Sue Pickering, Laura Derderian , Amy DiBatista, Paula Caffrey, Deb Abate, Deb Blackburn, Carl Zagame, Laurie Sokoloski, Kay Klos

Meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm

Minutes Dated December, 6 2011 were reviewed. Kay made a motion to accept and Sue 2nd All present in favor.

Budget was presented by Leah. A motion to accept the budget was made by Kay and Amy 2nd. All in present in favor

Fundraising:

· Spring Fling –

o 2 options were discussed. One was to have it as last year at the Progressive Club where the room is donated. The second option was to have it at the Italian American Club. The Italian American club would include a porketta dinner. Cost for the porketta and hall would be $500. If we choose not to have porketta then the room would be donated.

o Kay made a motion to have the Spring Fling on April 28 at the Italian American Club and charge $15 a ticket with a 2nd by Sue. All present were in favor.

o Moe was going to confirm with the hall

o Amy offered to print the tickets

o Linda offered to book the DJ

o Raffle Baskets were discussed. Jane to send an email out to through the Booster Club email for donations.
