Attendance: Linda Page, Moe Stewart, Leah Gordon, Jane Gallagher, Laura Derderian , Steve Derderian, Deb Blackburn, Carl Zagame, Kay Klos, Trisha Berthelette

Meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm

Minutes Dated January,3 2012 were reviewed. Carl made a motion to accept and Deb 2nd All present in favor.

Budget was presented by Leah. A motion to accept the budget was made by Carl and Deb 2nd. All in present in favor

Fundraising:

· Spring Fling –

o Italian American Club came back with a price of $16 a plate for porketta

o Linda will follow up with Progressive Club to see if they are still available for April 28th

o DJ was confirmed by Linda for a cost of $125

o Ticket cost of $15 per person or $25 per couple

o LCR Game will be $5 per game

o Jane to send an email out to through the Booster Club email for donations.
